Mohammad has more than 20 years’ experience in Accounting and Taxation, gained in-depth knowledge while associated with multinational organizations such as Epson Canada Ltd. and Olympus Canada Inc. Mohammad also worked at senior positions in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Obtained progressive experience in Finance, Costing, Budgeting, Internal Controls and Management Reporting.
He is proficient in Financial Reporting, Inventory and Fixed Assets management, Leasing, SR; ED Claims, and review of Legal Contracts.
He also has hands-on experience of various software such as Oracle, J.D Edwards, Hyperion, Showcase, and Solomon.

Murtaza brings rich knowledge and a wealth of experience in the fields of internal audit, internal controls, and risk management. He is currently pursuing his Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designations.
He has over 10 years of experience with one of the Big Four public accounting firms, over 5 years of experience as an Internal Audit Manager in a big group of distributorships of a variety of transportation vehicles, and over 5 years of experience as Internal Auditor/Manager Compliance in a global mining company. He has a working knowledge of AS400 (Mainframe), strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and is familiar with Simply Accounting, ACCPAC, Great Plains, ACT, Team-Mate, and Business Vision in addition to CaseView and CaseWare.

As a Senior Tax Specialist with Spectrum United Mutual Funds, Ashfaq conducted tax research on a variety of individual and corporate issues and prepared and supervised various complex corporate tax returns.
As a Senior Financial analyst with Cigna Life Insurance Company of Canada, he supervised a team of senior accountants. He has also worked for Manulife Financial as a U.S. Tax Accounting Manager, and with many major corporations, notably: Deloitte & Touch, Ernst; Young, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Shell International.
In 1999, Ashfaq completed the most comprehensive and in-depth tax training course with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants of Canada (CICA).
He is a member of the Toronto Board of Trade, Scarborough and North York Chambers of Commerce, Business Network International (BNI), and the Association of Independent Consultants.
